My goal is to empower and inspire through a unique boxing workout designed for everyone to help you achieve your fitness goals. This experience bridges the gap between boxing and fitness training, offering transformative benefits that cater to every body. There are three types of boxers - amateur, professional, and everyone else. The amateurs and pros don’t need my convincing, so this next part is for everyone else... King James Boxing & Fitness is a place where men, women, and kids can experience real boxing without the risk of a fat lip. Just because you want to box like a professional doesn’t mean you have to look like one too. Boxing, a.k.a. 'The Sweet Science,' is the art of hitting and not getting hit. The most rewarding aspect for me is the difference I make in people's lives. They walk in as doctors, lawyers, actors, models, and students, and walk out as fighters. Boxing instills hope, courage, and conviction. By transforming people physically through our boxing workouts, I also help transform them mentally. About Our Boxing Fitness Classes

KJB classes are designed as a boxing workout accessible to everyone, broken down into three levels based on the experience required to participate in the fitness training.

All Levels

Intermediate

Intermediate

No experience necessary. Our class offers a boxing workout that is equal parts basic instruction—covering punches, combinations, footwork, ducking, and slipping—and intense conditioning. This is where beginners can dive into the fundamentals of boxing for everyone, while more experienced members can get back to basics. Everyone participates in a non-stop plyometric workout that can burn more than 1000 calories, making it an excellent option for fitness training.

Some experience recommended for this boxing workout. Greater individual attention and emphasis on technique are provided. Members will engage in 'live' drills, pairing up to practice what they've learned with light contact, making this a great option for boxing for everyone. Approximately one-third of the class will focus on plyometrics and core-conditioning, essential aspects of effective fitness training.

Advanced

Advanced

These sessions focus on real-time application and implementation, featuring supervised sparring (safety equipment, available for loan, must be worn) and freestyle drills. These classes are designed for boxing for everyone, not just fighters! They cater to any member interested in integrating everything they've learned in a safe, controlled setting. The boxing workout typically includes three rounds of warm-up exercises, such as shadowboxing or jumping rope, making it an excellent option for fitness training.
