You’re led from start to finish through a technique-based, high intensity, and process-driven session that benefits both your body and your mind.

This class is unlike any other Kickboxing Class you will try! Deeply rooted in Muay Thai, it incorporates traditional kickboxing concepts, powerful striking combinations and explosive plyometric drills. You will work on the heavy bag as well as focus pads and receive plenty of attention and coaching, it's a perfect fit for all skill levels!

This program is designed to teach the fundamentals of boxing, kickboxing, self-defense and discipline through the use of drills and activities aimed at increasing their skills and self-confidence.
The program is 6 weeks long and open to children 7 and older.

Women come to KJB to learn self-defense but leave with confidence, empowerment and a sense of community. KJB offers reality based self-defense along with group fitness classes, and other martial arts such as Boxing, Muay Thai, and MMA.

This does not have to be so, and women can even use this perceived passivity to their advantage.
